The Manager of Learning and Development will provide highly effective Firm-wide training programs for legal and non-legal staff located in all of our offices throughout the United States. This role is essential for fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring that all staff are proficient in using all firm software and resources to support their work effectively.
