Manager, HRIS and Operations POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, HRIS and Operations provides professional and technical support to users of HR Systems at multiple health systems. This includes, researching, analyzing, designing and maintaining a variety of reports and queries; summarizing data in order to make recommendations supporting the HR department organization as a whole. Supervises the Human Resources Specialists and works to streamline and facilitate recruitment screening, onboarding, HRIS data entry, administrative and system support.
