IT Service Delivery Analyst I POSITION SUMMARY The IT Service Delivery Analyst role is to provide a point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment by way of the Service Desk function. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware, software and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
