Busy Manufacturing company looking to add to their network / server tech support team. This is a direct hire role, full-time hours, starting salary ranging from $50-55k. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical phone support to customers in the diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of network based issues for our product lines. Over the phone as well as remote troubleshooting support. Provide technical consultations to customers and field-based sales and clinical support team about hardware, software and networking requirements and recommendations KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Bachelor’s degree in technologies or equivalent in-depth specialized technical training/experience.
