Manager of Healthcare Coaching Services, HSTP Position Summary: Under the direction of Director of Healthcare Skills Training Program, this position oversees all daily aspects of the Skills Healthcare Training programs and pipelines including career coaching functions, employer engagement across the division, programmatic outcomes (recruitment, completions, certifications, placements) and data management. Core aspects of this role are to build, strengthen, and grow key partnerships, supervise, and support skills programming & career navigators, direct service staff, employer partners, tracks and reports all relevant program data and outcomes, and evaluates programmatic success.
