Assistant Director Position Summary: Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Assistant Human Resources Director supports the delivery of effective, compliant, and employee-focused HR services in a unionized healthcare environment. This hands-on, operational role provides leadership to HR staff and works in close partnership with the Benefits & Leave Manager to ensure consistent, strategic, and employee-centered administration of benefits and leave programs.
