Nurse Recruiter Job Summary The Recruiter position exists to source, recruit and assist to select staff to fulfill talent acquisition needs for the organization. This includes but not limited to the following: creatively sourcing, interviewing when needed, assessing, and assisting in selecting of qualified candidates, as well as coordinating outreach efforts areas to select top notch candidates.
