Human Resources Assistant
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department with a strong focus on compliance, reporting, benefits administration, employee records, training coordination, and confidentiality. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate HR documentation, supporting audits, coordinating employee training, onboarding, and assisting with benefits administration while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and Company policies.
