Overview: The Professional Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions within Riverside Healthcare. This role serves as a key resource for employees and applicants on job opportunities, providing guidance on open positions and selection processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare recruitment and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This position will also participate in special projects as needed to support efforts to enhance the recruitment and retention of top healthcare talent.
