Summary: This position will direct and oversee proactive and innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies. Conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative workforce planning, recruitment, sourcing, diversity and inclusion, and onboarding strategies that support positive organization impressions and lead to high employee engagement.
