Reporting to the Director, HR Technology and Analytics, this role combines leadership accountability for HR Technology, Analytics, and HR Shared Services to deliver an integrated, efficient, and scalable HR service delivery model. The Manager, HR Technology & Shared Services is responsible for leading HR technology, analytics, and shared services operations, ensuring HR systems, data, and service delivery capabilities are aligned with organizational strategy. This role drives optimization of HR processes through technology, analytics, and centralized services, enabling HR Centers of Excellence and HR leadership to focus on strategic, business-centric initiatives while ensuring associates receive consistent, high-quality operational support.
