Overview: The Director of HR Technology and Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and digital solutions across UF Health. This role ensures that HR technology supports business goals, enhances the employee experience, and enables data-driven decision-making. The director will collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and operational leaders to deliver and optimize scalable, secure, and user-friendly HR technology solutions. Team Lead, Payroll (Global) The Team Lead, Payroll will be responsible for accurate processing of payroll, benefits administration, reconciliations and government remittances globally. Responsible for ensuring internal customer satisfaction, the Team Lead, Payroll will support the Payroll Team in responding to questions or concerns fully, and in a timely manner. In conjunction with the Sr. Manager, People & Culture, the Team Lead, Payroll will develop, implement, and evaluate payroll strategy, practices, processes and technology solutions for the organization in a global context.
