Human Resources Leave Coordinator Job Summary This position’s responsibilities include timely and accurate daily administration of Long Term and Short-Term Disability claims, Workers’ Compensation claims, FMLA, and Leaves of Absence within the scope of Marion Health's policies as well as federal and state laws and regulations. Maintains files and tracking systems for Disability claims, FMLA, Leaves of Absence and Workers’ Compensation claims. Monitors required fit testing and flu vaccinations to ensure compliance with regulations and Marion Health policies. Assists with scheduling of respiratory fit testing, and OSHA compliance reporting. Works with the Employee Health RN Coordinator, Work Solutions and Workers’ Compensation carrier to ensure proper investigation and handling of employee injuries and Workers’ Compensation claims, as well as appropriate medical care for injured employees.
