Human Resources Business Partner GENERAL SUMMARY: The Human Resources (HR) Partner-Employee Relations provides support, service and solutions to the organization on broad range of human resource services and facilitates human resource activities within the Bryan Health System. This position will provide focused direction and leadership over employee relations to include; advising and counseling managers and employees on the Bryan Health coaching and corrective action program, employee recognition and retention programs and training.
