The Payroll Accountant conducts weekly payroll administration by ensuring timely and accurate payment distribution to employees and shareholders, completing payroll and tax reports, posting to the General Ledger, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing support to external auditors. FLSA: Exempt | Reports to: Chief Financial Officer Essential Functions: Process payroll for hourly, salaried, and contract employees, including regular, overtime, incentives, bonus, and commission payments, and by pulling time records from time management software.
