Job Summary
This position’s responsibilities include the daily administration of Marion Health's Employee Benefit Programs which includes but is not limited to the medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, employee assistance program, 403(b) and 457(b) plans, pension plan, PTO donations, long-term disability, short-term disability, and other voluntary benefit programs. Assists in maintaining all Plan documents. Ensures compliance with Marion Health employee benefit policies and all laws and regulations governing employee benefit programs. Ensures timely and accurate claims adjudication and Plan audits. Develops systems and tracking mechanisms for benefit related tasks.
