Summary The Human Resources Director is responsible for to plan, coordinate and administer policies and procedures relating to all aspects of Human Resources at Hugh Chatham.  Plans and develops a Human Resources Benefits Program and establishes methods for its implementation and ongoing support.  Develops resources and procedures for orientation of new employees.  Establishes uniform employment policies and engages with management and staff to create a professional, high quality workplace environment.
