Position Title: Benefits Analyst Department: Human Resources Job Description: The Benefits Analyst supports benefits operations through audits, data integrity controls, vendor file and integration monitoring, billing reconciliation support, and issue resolution across benefit programs. This role supports benefits processes through auditing, vendor coordination, and data validation.
