Overview: Praxis is looking for a dynamic benefits professional to assist us with an upcoming leave.  Join our fun and energetic HR team to provide help and support to a diverse employee base. Responsibilities: Assist employees with the timely election of benefits. Ensures the accuracy of all benefit enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information. Manages and communicates, Praxis benefit plans expert to include administration, bills, systems, feeds Coordinates Open Enrollment events (Praxis, Columbus, Unette) Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes. Administers and manages leave of absence program (FMLA, LOA, ADA, STD & LTD) Processes ADA work restrictions and requests, updates Sugar and assigns badges if needed Conducts 401k audit to ensure accuracy Serves as Employee contact for 401k Hardship Requests and Loans.
