HR Generalist The HR Generalist is responsible for assisting leaders with achieving business performance goals while offering a great employment experience for all employees. The successful candidate will provide leadership coaching and training in addition to serve as a resource for leave administration, employee relations, performance management, compensation, recruitment, and employment law compliance. This candidate will have the opportunity to participate in the development of HR objectives and systems and is empowered to work independently while serving as the primary contact for Human Resources operation needs.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
Knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems.
