Overview:
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist plays a critical role in the Human Resources (HR) department by supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s HR systems and data integrity. The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing a variety of HRIS processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining daily operational tasks to support HR strategies and decision-making. Working closely with HR leadership, IT, and other business stakeholders, the HRIS Specialist ensures the smooth operation of HR technology.
Responsibilities:
System Maintenance & Support: Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
