Job Purpose This position will be responsible for various general accounting responsibilities, with an emphasis on daily payroll processing, payroll posting, and reconciliations. Duties & Responsibilities Adheres to company policies and presents a professional, positive attitude at all times. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating and inputting payroll data for employees. Help maintain payroll systems, ensure data integrity and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Cross functional collaboration with HR, IT, Finance and other departments to gather and validate payroll information, such as new hires, terminations, promotions and salary changes. Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigating and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
