Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary : Provide administrative support for the recruitment team and oversee day-to-day duties to ensure an efficient and safe working environment. The HR Coordinator should also have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide a seamless positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Process all required new hire forms accurately for internal and external applicants to start
Schedule HR appointments, in conjunction with Occupational Health for new hires to provide onboarding documents
Provide a high level of customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
Verify all credentials/licenses with candidates
Conduct background checks - SEL, SCR, CHRC and applicable checks as needed
