Position Job Summary: The primary function of the Director of Human Resources is to provide oversight and facilitation of the human resources responsibilities and activities. Responsibilities will include managing the talent acquisition recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, training and development, as well as benefits administration, payroll and human capital management system administration. Ability to manage a large, diverse workload and knows how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Skills: • Must possess a higher education degree in Human Resources Administration or related field.
