Human Resources Assistant Position Summary: Performs clerical duties and serves as n assistant for the entire Human Resources Department. Performs tasks as assigned by the HR Benefits Manager, HR Director, Hiring Manager, and CHRO (as needed). Qualifications: A. Education: High school graduate or equivalent. B. Training and Experience: Two or more years’ experience in a Human Resources Department is preferred. Must effectively operate the computer and calculator. C. Job Knowledge: Knowledge of proper office procedures, rules of grammar, spelling and punctuation. Ability to answer correspondence and to communicate well with visitors and callers.
