Coordinator, Human Resources
Pay range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Position Summary : Coordinates all aspects of the Hospital’s volunteer program, including recruitment, placement, and onboarding. Responsible for maintaining human resources data, compliance and management reporting, and works closely with Payroll as needed. Serves as front-line resource in assisting both employees and management staff with HR-related questions. May perform functions within any area of HR/Occupational Health.
Education/Training: Bachelors degree required. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Experience: At least four years of experience working in Human Resources capacity, including at least two years of experience working as a Recruiter. Proficiency with Excel required. Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
