Overview: It is the responsibility of the HR Specialist – Employee Relations to provide administrative clerical support and under direct management supervision, act as liaison on a range of employee and labor relations matters including interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, compliance with labor laws, and resolution of disputes between workers and managers, or coordinate grievance procedures to handle employee complaints.  This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).  Responsibilities: Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
