Responsibilities: Position Responsibilities:   The Benefits Specialist will receive, respond to, and resolve complex benefit questions, concerns, and problems from employees, HR, and leadership through high volume phone calls and emails. Research rules, plan documents, CBAs, and regulations to provide accurate benefit resources and materials regarding benefit eligibility, options, and applicable timelines to employees and HR. Receive, process, and audit benefit enrollments and changes according to established policies and procedures.
