We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including payroll and employee relations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Administer payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payment for employees.
Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records.
Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
Administer employee discipline processes
Manage insurance claims
Utilize software systems for various HR functions as needed.
Prepare HR reports for Management and maintaining employee files.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.
