Business Operations Coordinator, Surgical Services Position Summary The Operations Coordinator will assist in managing the daily activities associated with supporting the administrative functions associated with Surgical Services. The Operations Coordinator insures that all statistical data is collected and placed in a reasonable format, as established by the Director, Surgical Services. The Operations Coordinator manages appointments for the Director and Managers and assists in collecting confidential data for the department’s administrative members. The Operations Coordinator will maintain and coordinate an efficient filing system to include Surgical Services Managers' files, financial data, minutes of department meetings, and appropriate purchasing information.
