Overview: Call Center Coordinator As a call center coordinator you will oversee the daily operations of the call center ensuring the customer service representatives provide high quality support to guest. Responsibilities: Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
