Overview: It is the responsibility of the Lifeguard to properly supervise all swimming areas to ensure guest safety at all times. Lifeguards will be expected to maintain a professional attitude and assist guests with general questions regarding the pool and the Golden Nugget property. Lifeguards will additionally be expected to help maintain the general cleanliness of the Pool area and assist the Pool Operations team with day to day tasks. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).  Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting with welcoming guests to the pool as well as monitoring guest items to ensure departmental policies and procedures are upheld.
