Overview: The Transportation Carrier Account Coordinator provides operational support to the carrier account managers and Capacity Development Reps. This position reports to the Capacity Manager.   Responsibilities:   Verifying pertinent shipment information needed for the successful pickup and delivery of brokerage shipments. Trouble-shooting any issues arising during the operations process. Escalating issues to carrier or customer account managers in a timely manner when necessary. Escalation of issues via the proper carrier channels, as directed by the carrier account manager.   Problem resolution directly with carrier.
