Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare preliminary fee sheets/pre-Altas for lender disclosure purposes and pre-balancing Responsible for monitoring queues that may require changes to initial documents Communicate to customers, notaries, attorneys, and borrowers regarding closing package as needed Order updated payoffs, including but not limited to mortgage payoffs, taxes, title commitments as well as subordinations.
