Summary: Coordinate and supervise all food service operations in the camp kitchen and dining hall, ensuring healthy meals, efficient systems, and adherence to all food safety and health regulations, and supervise kitchen staff. FLSA Status: Seasonal - Exempt Daily Rat e : $145 Responsibilities Execute menus and place weekly food and supply orders. Manage all aspects of the kitchen and dining hall in a clean, efficient, and organized manner. Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff.
