This position provides support with the onboarding/new hire processes and maintains personnel data for the employee lifecycle. Ensures compliance with various state, local and federal labor laws. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; provides input for the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures Responds to and resolves daily associate questions and issues on a variety of subjects. Escalates as needed.
