Overview:
Assistant Casino Shift Manager The Assistant Casino Shift Manager is tasked with aiding and executing various daily duties and procedures to ensure quality service for all guests, while also overseeing employees during a specific shift in the Table Games department.
Responsibilities:
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Administers the operations of one (1) Pit, consisting of not more than (8) tables; or not more than (12) Blackjack, Roulette, Big Six or Baccarat tables or a combination thereof. If game of Craps is combined with other table games, may be responsible for not more than (8) tables....
