Overview: Assistant Casino Shift Manager The Assistant Casino Shift Manager is tasked with aiding and executing various daily duties and procedures to ensure quality service for all guests, while also overseeing employees during a specific shift in the Table Games department. This role also assists in  pay out of jackpots and manages credit applications.  Responsibilities: Control and accounting of transactions for the cage window, main bank, chip bank and check bank  Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. Maintains compliance with the incompatibility rule ensuring the integrity of the casino finance operation and maintains compliance with the approved Secondary Program as stated in the Internal Controls.
