  $2000.00 sign on bonus for CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) or Bonent CHT (Certified Hemodialysis Technologist/Technician)  Certifications. Patient Care Technician (PCT)  Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Health Systems Management support and work under the guidance of RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and compassion needed to improve the quality of life for our patients while promoting positive patient outcomes. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis. To be considered for this position q ualified candidates are required to have a minimum of 6 months of healthcare and/or direct patient care experience.
