Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Surgery Scheduling Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Surgery Schedulers in coordinating and managing the scheduling of surgical procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care. This is an entry level, data entry heavy position. Key Responsibilities: Obtaining necessary patient information, creating and submitting lab and hospital orders, and other necessary surgery documents. Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any scheduling-related inquiries. Maintain comprehensive records of scheduled surgeries, patient information, and related documentation.
