Overview: Job Duties Under the direction of the Department Director, the Business Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations including budget, complex data system analysis to support both operational and financial initiatives. The Business Manager collaborates with department leaders in planning, operating and organizing the capital and operating budgets and related financial activities for all divisions and cost centers reporting to the Department Director and Department Chair.  The Business Manager recommends and implements actions to improve business and department performance.
