Licensed Practical Nurse Type: direct hire Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-5pm – 32 HPW Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 8am-5pm  (possible evening clinic hours on Thursday)  – 40 HPW Responsibilities: Assess patient’s need for treatment or advice via telephone call or personal encounter (walk-in).
