Full-time and part-time W-2 employment   Total annual on-target earnings of  $300k - $350k +, consisting of:  - Base salary   - Monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during initial 6-month onboarding period)  Our history   Talkiatry was founded in 2020 by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a triple board-certified psychiatrist in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, and Robert Krayn, a patient who experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care.
