Overview: The Manager will work in close collaboration with the Women's and Children's dyad leaders to develop and advance initiatives specific to the provider practice. The Manager will also assist with daily operations, focusing on enhancing accountability and overall effectiveness within the department. The Practice Manager holds responsibility for overseeing the central administration and fiscal management of provider services for Women's and Children's. This includes coordinating, planning, guiding, and evaluating the non-medical activities of the department to ensure smooth functioning. In partnership with the Associate/Assistant Medical Director of Women's and Children's and the Director of Children's Services Operations, the Manager will assist in managing the department. Overview: The Sterile Processing Distribution (SPD) Supervisor effectively supervises department operations and staff resources to meet patient care needs. Responsibilities include leading the staff to meet customer satisfaction, employee engagement, FTE and financial budgets, quality of work, compliance and performance goals. Participates in the review and implementation of department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, best practice and recommended professional standards.
