Psychotherapist Under the direction of the Director of Inpatient Behavioral Health Programs and the Psychiatric Social Work Manager, the Adolescent Psychotherapist works within an interdisciplinary team to provide professional counseling services for the adolescent psychiatric inpatients at Valleywise Behavioral Health Inpatient facilities. Hourly Pay Rate: $34.15 - $50.37 Qualifications Education: Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy. Experience: Must have a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience providing mental health psychotherapy in a behavioral health setting that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities for the adolescent population and this high level of care.
