Your Role & Impact The Chiropractic-Acupuncture Assistant is responsible for the schedule of the department by handling the referrals for new patients and follow ups, answering the phones for patient calls, answering voice mails, and My Chart messages. They are creating a friendly, welcoming, and well-organized front office for patients and facilitating their flow through one of the TrueCare health centers.
