Overview: This role is based at our Atlantic Station offices. Team members are expected to work on-site Monday through Thursday.   Responsibilities:   Responsible for the development, analysis and implementation of physician compensation plans in support of Piedmont Healthcare Physician Enterprise employed providers. In conjunction with the department leader, develops, reviews, documents and implements standard policies, procedures and processes across the health system. Provides training, communication support and consultative services regarding best practices and market competitive data. Reviews and approves provider compensation for new hires to ensure compliance with Piedmont Healthcare’s compensation philosophy and all current federal, state and local regulations, including Stark Law and AKS.
