Summary: Under general supervision, manages the operational aspects of the police department.  Work involves planning and managing assigned operations, services programs and staff; identifying operational needs, allocating resources, developing and implementing policies and procedures; and assessing programs and services to two divisions of law enforcement officers and staff.
