GENERAL PURPOSE   Perform complex supervisory, administrative, technical, and professional work in planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the Public Works Division of the Public Services Department, including water, stormwater, sewer, street, fleet, parks maintenance, facilities maintenance, and other public works projects and programs as assigned.
