Paralegal Sr Under the general direction of the Manager Legal Operations, the Paralegal provides highly specialized paralegal services on complex and/or high value matters to advance District priorities. This position addresses and helps resolve legal issues, prepares legal documents, and manages officer and related Valleywise Health projects. This position gathers and analyzes legal research and other data, such as statutes, regulations, case law, and legal articles, and other legal documents, files, and databases. This position will also serve as the District’s Official Custodian of Records and Records Manager and is responsible for managing and maintaining District records, including responding to requests for District records (subpoena, court order, or public records request).
