Social workers on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team provide person-centered, comprehensive, community-based, intensive case management support and services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (primary diagnoses of schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder). This close-knit, multi-disciplinary team is mobile and provides services Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and there is an on-call rotation. Services are delivered to each person at a minimum of 2-3 days per week.  The salary range reflected is the normal hiring range for 2025.  Below is the full salary range including longevity.  Social Worker $27.70 - $41.73 per hour. Social Worker (MSW) $30.14 - $45.75 per hour.
